Spring is on the way

March 2020 update

At last, days grow longer and the temperature creeps upwards. We have finished our winter task of going through every plant and deadheading, checking for pests and doctoring where necessary, cleaning benches, and generally tidying up. All of the plants are looking great, and a few buds are starting to appear.

We had a concerted effort to collect seeds last autumn and these have now been planted- all 140 packets. The seedlings will stay in their baggies for around a year before being transplanted into individual pots.
