Description

Found by Alfred Lau at Cajas, Mendez, Tarija, Bolivia at an altitude of 2600m.

This plant is listed in various places as Rebutia laui, or Rebutia pendulina, or Rebutia fiebrigii var. laui or var. pendulina. But it is an Aylostera, not a Rebutia, with furry / hairy buds and scales on the flower stalks.

We are calling L416 Aylostera laui nom. prov. for the moment.
